Aridus, Arizona Malbec 2023 By Rich Cook

This is one of several varieties that Aridus has found success with in Arizona’s high elevation vineyards in the southeastern corner of the state. This shows nice varietal characteristics right down to the vinous fruit and savory pepper and meat tones. A touch of menthol adds lift, and the finish is well integrated. Drink now with grilled red meats.
