Aridus, Cabernet Franc, Cochise County, Arizona, USA, 2021 Review By Clive Pursehouse

From the Chiricahua Foothills in southeastern Arizona, and the Cochise County appellation, this Cabernet Franc offers a fruit-forward nature that is brightly balanced by savoury notes of eucalyptus and anise. The palate is a melange of dark berries and plums, savoury wild desert scrub and streaks of mineral graphite.
