Aridus Wine Club Policies & Terms

Shipping
All wine shipments require the signature of an adult 21 years of age or older. Whenever possible, we recommend providing a business address for delivery.
For Wine Club shipments, please notify us at least two weeks before the first of any shipment month if you need to update your account, change your address, or cancel your membership.
Misdirected shipments or delivery difficulties may result in additional shipping charges, which will be billed to the member. Flat-rate shipping is not available for Alaska or Hawaii.
If weather conditions are not suitable for shipping wine (extreme heat or cold anywhere along the route), we will hold your order until conditions improve. We will notify you of any delays and let you know when to expect your wine.

Billing
By providing payment information, you authorize Aridus Wine Company to charge your card for the cost of each shipment, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.
It is your responsibility to keep your account information current. Entering payment or contact details on our website certifies that you are over 21 years old and that all information provided is true and accurate.
Sales tax is applied based on the rates of the recipient’s county and state.
Wine Club memberships are ongoing but may be cancelled at any time after two shipments, with written notice submitted through our Wine Club Cancellation Request Form:
If cancelled before the first pick up/shipment, a $200 fee or reimbursement of all discounts received (whichever is greater) will apply.
If cancelled after the first pick up/shipment, a $100 fee or reimbursement of all discounts received (whichever is greater) will apply.
Aridus Wine Company may modify or cancel club benefits at any time without prior notice.
Membership Agreement
By joining the Wine Club online or by completing a Membership Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. Your acceptance creates a binding contract between you and Aridus Wine Company.
Memberships are open to individuals only, not corporations or businesses. Each membership applies to one person. Accounts under the same name and address may be combined.
Club benefits vary by level and may be based on location, participation, or purchase history. To remain eligible, your account must be active, in good standing, and current on payments.
Improper use of membership privileges may result in termination at Aridus’ sole discretion.
Benefits and Promotions
As a member, you may receive discounts, vouchers, or special promotional offers. These benefits are subject to availability, non-refundable, and may change at any time.
Club wines are limited in quantity and may sell out. If your wine is unavailable or not picked up during the designated period, Aridus may substitute with a comparable wine at its discretion.
Fees and Renewals
Membership, shipping, and related charges are automatically billed to your card. All fees, including gift memberships, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Membership is ongoing until cancelled. Members may cancel after two shipments by submitting the Wine Club Cancellation Request Form. Cancellation fees as described in the Billing section will apply.
Compliance
Member discounts and benefits cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly noted. Benefits are non-transferable.
Wines are shipped only to states where Aridus is licensed. Membership is void where prohibited by law.
All members must be at least 21 years old. Proof of age and Club membership may be required upon delivery. Wines are for personal use only and may not be resold.
Shipping Damage
Wine is perishable and may be affected by conditions outside our control. If your shipment arrives damaged or defective, contact us. At our discretion, we may provide a replacement, which will be your sole remedy.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Additional charges will apply to shipments that are refused or returned as undeliverable.
Delays and Legal Restrictions
Aridus is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control (e.g., natural disasters, severe weather, strikes, or government action).
If laws change and prevent us from shipping to your location, we may offer in-winery pickup or allow cancellation with a refund for undeliverable wines.
Privacy
We collect certain personal information to verify and manage your membership. This information may be used internally for account management, customer service, and communications but will not be sold or disclosed outside Aridus affiliates, except as required by law.
By joining, you authorize Aridus to send you marketing communications as part of your membership benefits. To update your preferences, please contact us.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. By joining, you agree to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Maricopa County, Arizona.
Disclaimer
Membership, products, and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Aridus is not liable for damages related to membership or products, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Changes to Terms
Aridus reserves the right to modify these Terms, membership benefits, or conditions at any time, with or without notice.
