Welcome to Aridus Wine Company (“Aridus,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online store, wine club memberships, tasting rooms, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase alcohol through our Services. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are of legal drinking age in your state or country of residence. Alcohol deliveries require a signature from an adult (21+) upon receipt.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made at the time of purchase through the payment methods we accept. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or legal restrictions.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We comply with all applicable state and federal shipping laws. Some states prohibit direct-to-consumer wine shipments, and we may be unable to fulfill your order if your location restricts shipments. Delivery requires an adult signature at the time of receipt. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to the absence of an eligible adult. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery by the carrier.

4. Wine Club Memberships

By enrolling in a wine club, you authorize recurring charges to the payment method on file. Membership benefits, pricing, and shipment schedules are subject to change, and we will provide notice of any updates in advance. You may cancel your membership at any time by notifying us prior to the next billing cycle; however, an early cancellation fee may apply. Maintaining accurate payment and shipping information is required—failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of your membership. Aridus reserves the right to modify or cancel memberships at its sole discretion at any time.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to alcohol regulations, we cannot accept returns of wine except in cases of damage, defective product, or shipping error. If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please notify us within 7 days of delivery for resolution.

6. Website Use & Content

All content on our website—including text, images, logos, and trademarks—is the property of Aridus and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without our written permission. You agree not to misuse the Services, including attempting to hack, disrupt, or engage in unlawful activity.

7. Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aridus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or the purchase of our products. Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aridus, its employees, officers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or breach of applicable law.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Arizona, unless prohibited by law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
