2021 Aridus Wine Company Cabernet Franc Review

We returned to Willcox, Arizona for a wine from Aridus Wine Company just over a month ago. That wine was a red wine made from a grape native to Spain - the 2021 Tempranillo produced & bottled by Aridus Wine Company. Let's go back to Aridus Wine Company now for another great red wine:
2021 Cabernet Franc produced & bottled by Aridus Wine Company (Willcox, Arizona).
This wine is 100% cabernet franc from the Willcox AVA located in Cochise and Graham Counties of southeastern Arizona. It comes in at 13.6% ABV.
Here it is in the glass:
The wine showed a dark ruby color. Cherry, raspberry preserves, currant, mossy earth and oak could each be found on the nose. Cherry, raspberry preserves, blackberry and vanilla were the stars on the palate suporrted by notes of oak and hints of stewed fruit. The wine was full-bodied and exhibited good length along with moderate tannins. This wine would pair very well with braised beef short ribs.
