“This is a bright aroma full of nectarine, lychee, jasmine, almond, and a little pear.”
Tasting notes:
This is the first time I'm trying this varietal, so I have to assume this is a true representation of the wine... at least it's hope because this was pretty good. This is a bright aroma full of nectarine, lychee, jasmine, almond, and a little pear. The taste is similar but does evolve a little with white peach, lychee, nectarine, ginger, almond, and jasmine. This wine is very smooth, slightly sweet, but only enough to really compliment the stone fruit flavors. The acidity in the wine is medium ish, lending itself to the nectarine and a little ginger. The ginger doesn't impart much spice, just a slight tickle, it's more of the sweet and earthy qualities of it. The jasmine in here is not super strong, but it works well with the fruit and helps to mellow out the acidity. This is a very easy wine to drink, so the bottle doesn't last as long as it should, haha.
