Cook mushrooms in butter for 5 minutes or until half way cooked ad drain water. In a bowl combine goat cheese, salt, pepper, and Italian herb and mix well.
Bake the flatbread at temperature suggested by pack, but only for 2 minutes, take out and quickly spread the goat cheese mix and add mushrooms and add 1/2 cup of Parmesan, then baked for 2-3 minutes, or until fully cooked.
Cut into desire size and garnish with the green onion and 1/4 of Parmesan, serve and enjoy it!
