Dry mix of spices, which includes cayenne pepper, oregano, paprika, garlic and dried onion. This flavorful combination can be used as a rub on chicken, fish or pork, or as a seasoning in rice, pasta or potato, or other veggie dishes. Pairs wonderfully with Aridus 2016 Muscat, but I also like it with our 2015 Sauv Blanc, or even our bolder reds. You can make it up ahead of time, and keep it in an air tight container. Making it yourself allows you to control the amount of salt and dried red pepper in it.
