2015 TANK 16
White Blend

A crisp, semi-sweet wine that is as refreshing as the monsoon rains. This white blend delivers an aromatic punch of Golden Delicious apples, lime zest, and white flowers.  The scents carry through to the palate, which finishes with a hint of almonds and toasty brioche.  Enjoy with soft-ripened cheeses, delicate fish dishes, and your favorite summer fruits.

Wine Profile
Tasting Notes
Clear, lemon-gold. The aromas are of lime blossom and lime zest predominately, with golden delicious apple, fresh linens, and tarragon rounding it out. It's got flavors of lime and clementines, apple, with a bitter almond and toasty brioche finish. A hint of sweetness balances out the wine's refreshing acidity.
Vineyard Notes
Sauvignon Blanc and Malvasia Bianca are sourced from Buhl Memorial Vineyards in Cochise County, Arizona Chardonnay is sourced from Presqu'ile Vineyards in Santa Maria Valley, California. Viognier is sourced from Deep Sky Vineyards in Cochise County, Arizona.
Winemaker Notes
This wine is a blend of primarily 75% Sauvignon Blanc, with smaller percentages of 17% Malvasia Bianca, 6% Chardonnay, and 2% Viognier. I was excited to be able to blend up the first white wine in the Tank Series, and bring an approachable, everyday white wine to our wine club members and tasting room guests.

soft-ripened cheeses, delicate fish dishes and great with your favorite summer fruits.

A very good wine to have chilled during the summer months. Easy on the palate and great with fruits and cheeses. Always a must have chilled and ready for a hot day.
