Clear, lemon-gold. The aromas are of lime blossom and lime zest predominately, with golden delicious apple, fresh linens, and tarragon rounding it out. It's got flavors of lime and clementines, apple, with a bitter almond and toasty brioche finish. A hint of sweetness balances out the wine's refreshing acidity.
Sauvignon Blanc and Malvasia Bianca are sourced from Buhl Memorial Vineyards in Cochise County, Arizona

Viognier is sourced from Deep Sky Vineyards in Cochise County, Arizona.
This wine is a blend of primarily 75% Sauvignon Blanc, with smaller percentages of 17% Malvasia Bianca, 6% Chardonnay, and 2% Viognier. I was excited to be able to blend up the first white wine in the Tank Series, and bring an approachable, everyday white wine to our wine club members and tasting room guests.
Food Pairing Notes
