2015 TANK 16
Predominantly in stainless steel, 17.5% in neutral barrel
Clear, lemon-gold. The aromas are of lime blossom and lime zest predominantly, with golden delicious apple, fresh linens, and tarragon rounding it out. It’s got flavors of lime and clementines, apple, with a bitter almond and toasty brioche finish. A hint of sweetness balances out the wine’s refreshing acidity.
This wine is a blend of primarily Sauvignon Blanc, with smaller percentages of Malvasia Bianca, Chardonnay, and Viognier. I was excited to be able to blend up the first white wine in the Tank Series, and bring an approachable, everyday white wine to our wine club members and tasting room guests.

A very good wine to have chilled during the summer months. Easy on the palate and great with fruits and cheeses. Always a must have chilled and ready for a hot day.
