Production Notes
We sourced the fruit for our 2014 Petite Sirah from Sándor Vineyards in Cochise County, Arizona. The fruit that went into this wine was brought into the winery on September 2nd, 2014, at just over 25° Brix. It was immediately inoculated with D21 yeast, and fermented over six days. After fermentation it was barreled down and stayed in barrel until July 6th, 2016 when it was bottled.
Food Pairing Notes
This wine pairs well with grilled Venison as well as roasted beef or pork tenderloin in a cream sauce. Dry, strong cheeses pair well as it helps soften the tannins and bring out the fruitiness of the wines.

Plum good! Ok pun intended , the plum was first then toasted oak rich in flavor but a finish that leaves you with expresso and wanting that taste again.
