2017 Winner San Francisco International Wine Competition
A clear, medium purple wine with intense flavors of fresh herbs, blueberries, raspberries and lavender. The flavor begins with a pop of raspberry, and then skews darker for a chickory and cocoa finish.
This fruit came into the winery on October 7th at 26° Brix. Fermentation lasted 8 days, after which it went into barrel until May of 2016.
