Cochise County, Arizona
Deep ruby-purple in hue with intense aromas of dark fruits, including plums and black cherry, cola and licorice. It has a fresh and lively acidity on that palate with fruit flavors of fresh plum, black cherry, and black raspberry. This is all underpinned by dark mocha undertones.
This Malbec was sourced from Cochise County, Arizona where it was vinted and bottled in Willcox, AZ. It is a blend of 89% Malbec and 11% Cabernet Sauvignon blended to make an enjoyable Malbec. This oaked aged Malbec has fruit flavors of blackberry, plum and black cherry. The nuanced flavors offer milk chocolate, cocoa powder, violet flowers, leather and a sweet tobacco finish. It is earthy and seductive, with layers of plum and black cherry that fold over the palate as fresh cranberry notes tempt the senses. It’s deep, dark and concentrated flavors welcomes decanting and aeration.
