This special hard to find single variety is a meaty full bodied rustic wine that is fruit-forward with blackberry notes and orange zest with an underlying smell of wet gravel. Very rich and meaty aromas are followed by chocolate and mocha overtones and hints of tarragon and dried herbs.
We sourced the fruit for this delightful Pinot Noir from Willamette Valley, Oregon in September of 2016. This Pinot Noir has a translucent ruby hue to it. It is earthy, well rounded, elegant and restrained with red fruit notes. Classic earthy, leather and chalky on the pallete.
This wine has a peachy/white tea fell to it as a heavier bodied white. It is very aromatic with floral notes of jasmine. It also has notes of orange blossom with oaky influence and almost a whiskey-like finish. This wine pairs well with battered deep fried foods, Thai food - like pork meatballs, and any Vegan choices.
With complex aromas of lemon peel and butterscotch integrated with bright pear and buttery flavors, this classic Chardonnay attains both bright fruit and rich oak spice. Our Chardonnay pairs well with seafood, creamy sauces and soft cheeses.
This ruby wine jumps out of the glass with intense rose petal and raspberry aromas. The aromas carry through to the flavor, and are bracketed by toasted hazelnut, and dark spices—clove and black pepper—on the finish. This wine would complement mushroom-based dishes, turkey, or roasted root vegetables.
This semi-sweet wine is a bright pale lemon in color with lovely floral aromas of jasmine and honeysuckle. On the palate, flavors of stone fruit, predominantly peach, and ripe tropical notes of pineapple and mango persist for a long finish. The bright acidity ensures that despite the residual sugar, it cleans up nicely and is never cloying.
