WINE CLUB POLICIES & TERMS OF SERVICE - July 1st, 2019
All shipments require the signature of an adult who is at least 21 years of age for delivery. We recommend using a business address. For wine Club Shipment, please notify us two weeks prior to the first of any shipment month to update your account, change your address or cancel your membership. Misdirected shipments, or switching delivery methods and delivery difficulties may result in additional shipping charges which will be billed to the member. Will call wines are held at the Scottsdale Tasting Room for four weeks, after which, if not claimed, will be sent to your shipping address on record;applicable shipping charges may apply. Pick-up wine club orders will be held for a period of 90 days only. After this time we will convert the transaction into a credit that will be added to your account, which can be used in the tasting rooms. No refuunds will be issued for these wine club shipments. You will be notified via email on the amount of your credits.
ARIDUS Wine Company wine club membership is ongoing but may be cancelled at any time after 2 wine club shipments, with written notice. A $200 cancellation fee or the total of member's discounts, (whichever is higher) will apply if cancelled before first shipment, $100 or the total of member's discounts, (whichever is higher) after the first shipment. By providing payment information with any purchase, you authorize Aridus Wine Company to charge your credit card for the cost of your selection, including any applicable taxes, shipping or handling fees, at the time of each shipment. It is your responsibility to keep your account information current. Entering contact or credit card information on our website certifies that your are over 21 and that all information provided is true and accurate.
Complimentary Arizona shipping is only available for club shipments, and the courier will make 1 attempt to deliver. Applicable shipping charges may apply if a second attempt for delivery is made.
Aridus Wine Company will make every effort to prevent wine spoiled during shipping, however, Aridus Wine Company will not be responsible for weather damaged wine.

Any information collected from our users will not be sold, shared, or rented to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this privacy statement.
ARIDUS Wine Company may modify or cancel club benefits, and club policies at any time, without notice.
By providing payment information with any purchase, you authorize Aridus Wine Company to charge your credit card for the cost of your selection, including any applicable taxes, shipping or handling fees, at the time of each shipment. After a Club Membership order has been charged, no refunds will be issued, however a credit on the member's account will be applied. You also agree not to file a hostile chargeback without notifying Aridus Wine Company ahead of time in writing and allowing 21 business days for a resolution.
