*No returns or exchanges will be done on unopened wine.
*If the wine has been opened and the wine is faulted, you will be required to be bring the remaining wine into the tasting room as well as the cork. There will only be an exchange done for wine of equal or lesser value. If the decision is made to do an exchange to a wine of greater value these costs will be billed to the consumer.
